I'm just curious how I'd go about creating any future projects I do using a 16:9 ratio. Mainly for compatibility with the new 16:9 tv sets. If a 720x576(PAL) clip with a 16:9 ratio was played back on a 16:9 tv set, would it automatically stretch to fit that size? Or would you just see black borders on each side of the image? Vegas Video doesn't allow clips to be any wider than 800 pixels, so there would be no way of increasing the width to compensate. Although, it probably wouldn't be DV compatible then. I remember Raptor Edit had a 16:9 mode, but the clips would be a size of 1024x576.
