16 9 Uncompressed render

in my 16 9 project I select "render to track" and choose Uncompressed

and the file renders as 4:3 even after I set it to 1.2121

Remember that uncompressed is square pixels, and when you review it, that you've got show at device aspect ratio selected.
Don't know if that will help your issue, but it's two things to be aware of.
