17 full SUITE skips lens flare and SOUND FORGE? Why?

So, checking the comparison to consider upgrade purchase, but the full suite is MISSING STUFF found in lesser versions. Kind of puzzled how that makes sense? Buying the SUITE means "I want it all, to not worry about what's missing... because nothing is missing" Except that it is. :) Thoughts and reasoning on that?

Lense Flare 3D is also part of Boris FX Continuum Lights Unit which is in the Suite version. Only thing "missing" is 60 € SoundForge Audio Studio but instead you'd get 200 € SpectraLayers.
