Vegas can edit the output of the Panacammy which is 60i...

Vegas can also edit true 24p. The output of the Panacammy can be converted using an app called DVfilmMaker that removes the extra frames, the you could edit true 24p in Vegas.

Yep. That's basically it.

When you are finished editing, you have a "24p" timeline you can convert to 60i, 24pWMV, 24pQT, DVD, pretty much whatever you like.
