this may seem trivial, but since I saw that question in some other forum a while back, I couldn't get my head around it, and to be honest, I have never ever given it a thought...
why are computer monitors running at 60hz , even in 50hz grid PAL countries? Should that not mess with our 25p footage in some way - or does it and I / we just got used to it?
Is there a recalculation of some sort somewhere down the line?
