1./ How do I link a navigational arrow to a menu & thumbnail when the required link isn't listed under the drop down menu?

2./ How do I change the color of a navigational arrow & possibly also add shadow to the arrow?

3./ Can one add a shadow to the bottom of thumbnails or do you have to create shadow & import & place thumbnail on top of it?
