Henry, it's not the upgrade email, it's the one extending the trial from 7 to 30 days.

Quitter, when I start Vegas I get the screen to extend the trial to 30 days.

 

I then get taken to the webpage where I fill out my info. After doing that several time, I still haven't gotten an email from them
