30-Day Free Trial SV14 Amount of days left changed????

So basically I'm using the 30-day free trial for SV 14 and the amount of days I had left for it went from 21 days to 12 days left with the program. I'm using the trial because I personally can't afford the program and I am trying to see what I can do with it and test it to its full potential and try out different things with it to see how I like it. I was planning to ask for it as a Christmas present from my parents even if it is the cheapest version of it. I fear that with 12 days left instead of the 21 as was listed earlier today when I opened the program I won't get to test it all the way due to being unable to use it everyday until the time is up because of school and homework. I don't even know if this an appropriate post to put on here considering the fact that it has to do with the trial but any help or explanations are appreciated.

To be honest, Vegas Pro is probably not the product best suited to your requirements, unless you are in a position to make money using it, as it's quite an expensive product with features you might not require.  You might want to have a look at this http://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/gb/vegas-movie-studio-product-comparison/ or perhaps this http://www.magix.com/gb/movie-edit-pro/

Or find someone who upgraded & wants to sell their old one on the cheap?  If Magic allows this.  SF/SCS allowed license transfers for free.

Note that there are still 5 days left on the current upgrade offer which starts at USD199 for Vegas Pro Edit, and apparently you don't need to actually own anything to qualify for the upgrade. I wouldn't be suprised to see a Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal soon too.
