I'm not sure cause I didn't try it yet but I think the "Plugin Pack" by Satish can do that. And it's free at www.debugmode.com
You can also find a Morphing app there...
And maybe a rotoscopy app soon...

With pluginpac is possible but is a little hard to do.

The morph plugin by Satish is a wonderful tool. It works very well and yo can achieve very pro results.

Take a look at http://www.vegasusers.com/vidshare/textdisp?josaver-josaver-morph01

Nope, Boris FX is not compatible with Vegas, from the entire Boris products line only the new Boris Red 3GL support Vegas.

Ulead's Cool 3D Production Studio can do it, but be prepared for quite long rendering times.

"Nope, Boris FX is not compatible with Vegas"

I wish someone would of told me that before I completed 3 projects with VV and Boris FX!

Boris FX is not integrated into Vegas, Yes. You can render into and out of VV and Boris FX, Yes. Extra step and more time but still very useable (you could even frameserve but I didn't need that option). Boris 3GL solves the integration round trip problem!

I guess VV and PhotoShop are also NOT compatible :)
