3D motion tracking

I am wondering if Vegas Pro can perform a 3D motion tracking.

Example I have seen others do is in this video :
Look for the text that says "Final Run" on the doors at the end. This was added in the video edit.

Another example
The text states "2.3 million" on the wall.

Can this be done in Vegas Pro as well?

Thanks! I was not sure what to call the feature in motion tracking.
