I tried importing a 3D movie (3D-AVI) from a Fuji FinePix REAL 3D W3 3D camera into VMS10 HD Platinum and it works quite well as long as I select match media to project.
VMS10 HD Platinum doesn't have any sort of features to work with steroscopic video unlike Vegas Pro, so it imports the video into 2 tracks.
According to the properties for each track, the stream settings for my 3D camera's imported video were:
Streams
Video 1: 00:00:05.000, 24.000 fps, 1280x720x24, Sony Motion JPEG
Audio: 00:00:05.000, 48,000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, Uncompressed
Video 2: 00:00:05.000, 24.000 fps, 1280x720x24, Sony Motion JPEG
There are other 3D capable cameras and camcorders out there (eg. Panasonic SDT750, Sony HDR-TD10, many Cyber-shot cameras from this year)-so it's good to know VMS10 can at least import and edit steroscopic videos from these (albeit not as easy as Vegas Pro users can).
