4k to 5k upscale @ 120 FPS

looking for a rendering solution .. I shoot 4k @ 120 HEVC want to upscale it to 5k @ 120... I am only seeing 5k @60 FPS.. When I use MAGIX HEVC 5k @ 60 and change Frame rate to 120 it errors.

I am using Vegas 19 windows 10 I9-13900k RTX3080ti and 128gb ram

With me it is possible if you choose the NV renderoption with VPro 19 and 20.
