64-bit Noise Reduction Plug-in = v2.0k

I have seen several recent threads related to a version of the Sony Noise Reduction plug-in that works in 64-bit Vegas Pro. I just wanted to confirm that v2.0k of the Sony Noise Reduction plugin does indeed work with both Vegas Pro 11 64-bit and Vegas Pro 12.

Some of the earlier discussions mention Sony Sound Forge, but Sony Noise Reduction v2.0k works naively in Vegas Pro 64-bit. This 64-bit version is free to all NR 2.0 license holders.

Yes, it works in both 64 and 32-bit applications.

Edit: I've used it with VP-10 and 12.

Does it only work on an audio event? When I try to apply it to the track, I tell it to capture the noiseprint, but it never captures anything - it's basically a flat graph. If I apply the FX to the audio event, then the capture noiseprint seems to work.

That is my recollection; the NR plugin is event-based and not track-based.

It is now in version 2.0m. Has anyone tried installing it in Windows 8.1. Will it work? In the release notes it says it is compatible with Win 7, so I think that means it WILL work in Win 8. Anybody know for sure?
