I Guys, I have been successfully using Vegas to produce videos of simulated footage using a series of bitmaps simulating the frames (25 fps). The bitmaps (frames) are generated by my own simulation software. There is pixel noise on these frames which I need to preserve. I have produced very successful results using the PAL DV codec, both in terms of play back quality (the compression artefacts are not imediately obvious) and size/efficiency (easily playable on my laptop using media player). However, I now need to render to 768x576 25 fps. The PAL DV codec appears to be fixed at 720x576 pixels. Which other codec should I use that will give me the qualities of Vegas DV codec but at a 768x576 resolution?
Thanks for your help
