Glad we've got this sorted.
Is there an academy award for technical persistance?

Bob.

Sorry Bob - no academy award. There isn't even a golden globe. There would have been a golden globe, but due to color space shifts, it's going to have to be considered a Yellowish-brown globe now.. And it got dropped, and broke into 30 pieces, so it didn't even stand up to 32bits either..

(soz :) )

my reward is a tall glass of rum....after this, I need it
...and anyone who stayed with this to the end deserves a round on me. Thanx especially to Glenn Chan, who's really a pretty stand up kinda guy.
;o)

Yeah... I think we should say "thanks" to Glenn and Bob, and "apologies" to Vegas Pro 8 :)

Cause you see Bill, I've also did some edits with Edius, and I still prefer Vegas.

The only thing that is really below standards is the support we're getting.

AMD TR 2990WX CPU | MSI X399 CARBON AC | 64GB RAM@XMP2933  | 2x RTX 2080Ti GPU | 4x 3TB WD Black RAID0 media drive | 3x 1TB NVMe RAID0 cache drive | SSD SATA system drive | AX1600i PSU | Decklink 12G Extreme | Samsung UHD reference monitor (calibrated)

I agree about the thanks and to everyone else that is trying to help with the 32 bit B.S. but no aploogies to vegas 8,, or the sony staff who don't chime in or have a decent paper on the subject
