9:16 safe zone for shorts, reels

I came across this article about safe zones for youtube shorts, facebook reels, etc.

How can I set this up in Vegas? I'm mainly interested in youtube shorts and facebook reels. Since Youtube appears to be the more restrictive, I suppose I should just use 15% top, 35% bottom, 4% left, 18% right? But Vegas preferences doesn't give you these exact options, it gives you Action Safe and Title Safe areas. How to address this issue?

You can copy the images from that page showing the safe zones that want to follow and temporarily place them in your project, overlaying your elements to match the guidelines.

Something isn't making sense.. When I overlay the safe zone template over a screenshot of a youtube short, there's a lot more room above, below and to the right of their yellow safe zone box. I think this website is incorrect.

It seemed a little extreme to me, but I don't work across different viewing platforms.

I figured out the issue, I was looking at the shorts on my desktop monitor, not my phone.
