9.d import media problem

Since i installed version 9.d I am experiencing a problem when I want to import a video file. I chose IMPORT and go to the directory that contains the .avi file(s), I then place my cursor on the file(s) I want to import and select them. That is where my issue is - prior to 9.d the file(s) were immediately highlighted and I could proceed to import the file(s)...now it takes up to 30 seconds per file for the files to become highlighted before I can import. I've tried this on separate computers both running 9.d. One of my computers has both 32 bit & 64 bit and get the same results on all.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

this is the same bug that cause slow loading of projects.

the avi import is broken, and it read all file contents. if you click a small file, will be faster. if you click in a enormous file, will take forever.

wait for 9.0e or go back to 9.0c
