Let's clarify this.
You have read the rules, and they did not answer your question? OR You have read the rules and did not understand them? OR You have not read the rules and you want the whole forum to do it for you? OR You realise that your request is not within the rules, but you want someone here to put in a good word for you? What is it, please?

I think what TorS means is, if you read the rules, you'll find this:

In total, entrants must deliver the following:

60-second commercial for Vegas;
10-second promotional piece for the entrant, to precede A.

The bumper and film must be delivered in this sequence. Only hard-copy submissions will be accepted. Acceptable formats are:

miniDV
CD
DVD

Submissions must include the .veg file (without media) and be in .avi format (NTSC DV).

Is it just me and or isn't that a little confusing? The second entry in that list is required to precede the first. Especially when there is no "A" indicated. When I first read it I thought they wanted the 60-sec piece followed by 10-sec piece.

It would be much clearer if it said

10-second promotional piece for the entrant, followed by
60-second commercial for Vegas

The other odd requirement in the application is the need to divulge your SS#. I can understand why that is necessary for the winner, but every entrant? That's the kind of identity theft info people are always warned against disclosing unnecessarily.

Agreed. It's also a little confusing that you can submit your project on DVD, but it has to be in .AVI format. Makes sense, but you have to think about it twice.

I hadn't noticed the SS# bit. Can SOFO respond on that? Can you amend the rules to require a SS# from the winner only?
