The file size is about 30 MB. The format is QuickTime, the codec is ProRes 4444. I can supply the colors that anyone needs. Other types of counters are possible.

You would need to upload your ProRes file to Drive or Dropbox, and supply the link here. You should know that the forum player does not pass the source file, but like any other player on the internet, transcodes everything you upload to generic AVC 8 bit 420.

This is understandable. This format is made for the alpha channel.

@john_dennis I always like your humor and approach to business.

I didn't do this in Vegas, and assuming that someone might need such overlays here, like logos, counters, and the like, I just offered help in creating them here. That's why I wrote that maybe something else like this would be needed.
