A Free Video Converter....

I have a Casio z750 that records mpeg 4 video in M4S2 Codec and Movie studio does not read that kind of codec. Is there anyway I can make it read that file with out converting the file into another format. If not, does anybody know of a free video converter that is easy to use???

There's no free way that I know of.

But Quicktime Pro, available for $30, reads MPEG4s (as well as several other file formats) and converts them to AVIs, which you can use in Vegas.
