Post your complete file properties using MediaInfo (download from Sourceforge).

Youtube can be a bit touchy with its messages because of a number of sync problems with FCS material.

Does your upload actually have bad sync when viewed on Youtube? If not, you can pretty much ignore the message.

Yeah, I get the same message when uploading MP4s. I see no sync problems with my uploads and ignore the 'one size fits all' message.

every video i upload to youtube has sync issues, but If I move the audio 2 frames earlier than the video everything works out nicely.

There is one setting that you listed that I would never use for YT.
1080p Video Size for YouTube should be 1920x1080 with a Pixel Aspect Ratio of 1.0 Square, not 1440x1080.
This might be what is confusing YouTube.
Are you starting off with the actual Internet Temlpate in Sony AVC/MVC = Internet 1920x1080-30p.
Also, I would increase the bit rate of your Audio to 192kbps or higher.
This is the template I use, and I have never has sync problems of YT.

I'm seeing the same thing with V11. I've been encoding MP4 videos and uploading to Youtube for a long time with no issues. Now I'm using V11 I get the sync issues on every upload.

I'll re-encode my video to MP4 in V10 and see if it uploads OK. My hunch is that it is v11 specific.
