I recently discovered "Gadgets" / CPU meter!
According to this CPU meter when I render with V9 CPU usage 100%
and but RAM 33%.
Is this normal or should it be something like 60%, 80% 100%??
How to increase it?

When I render with Premiere Elements 7, it's 40%.
When I do nothing it is 22%.

My Vaio is 8 GB RAM, 2.80 Ghz. 5400 Rpm.
