Where do I find this? I looked in FX and could not find it after installing. I looked under scripts and could not find it. How do I utilize this tool? Thanks.

Look at the very top of your filters, you should see it there.

Shouldn't need to reboot the computer, just should need to relaunch Vegas once the plug is registered. It's a very useful plug, IMO
