?? About track motion

I just upgraded to VV3, and am having a ball with it. My question is: I can create a motion track, but, if I can't figure out how to get rid of it if I decide I don't want it.

Delete all but the first keyframe, put the cursor on the first keyframe, right click in the video picture and select "reset". You should turn off shadows and glow too.
