Yes friends, the bug is back. I noted this problem back in article

and it went away, for the most part in 4.0c.
In the last two days or so I've had three different AC-3 renders of my
2 hour long movie take 3 hours and yield no audio. I fiddled with which
AC-3 preset I used and I was able to get an encode that had sound out of
it. I can't seem to figure out what causes the problem and the reproducability
is a bit spotty but I'm definately having trouble like what I was having.
