Is there AC3 Encoding Vegas Movie Studio+DVD or the Platinum edition ?

I'm still using MovieStudio 3 and will likely upgrade. It would be great to be able to created DVDS with one package instead of going to a Ulead product that supports AC3 to create the DVD
