Accessing help crashes V13

Tried typing manager into the help search box and help hung. When I tried to close it Vegas 13 crashed completely. Any thoughts as to why this it happening and how to resolve it. Thanks.

Yes, it is still happening and I really hope there is a fix for this soon. Search for help, crash a project - ridiculous!
