Acid music to ipod

How do I get my recorded music out of the Acid program into another such as itunes so that I can put the songs onto my Ipod.
It's driving me crazy trying to get the recorded song out of the acid program!

Render the Acid Project to AAC format. Or to WAV or MP3 and convert in Itunes.
