Acid Studio initializing directx plugins

Hi, how do you fix the initializing directx plugins issue in Acid 10?, I thought I could ask here since I've seen the same issue around with Premiere, is there a way to fix this?

Windows 7, Acid Music Studio 10

Did you buy Acid Music Studio 10 from Sony or MAGIX? Does it start at all? If so, you should be able to find the version from "Help" > "About". The official forum is now here but it's barely active yet.
