I saw some other threads on here about getting PluralEyes to work, but none of them seem to apply to my problem.
I purchased a license for PluralEyes 4.0 way back when. It has transferred through the Maxon era. The last time I installed things, I was able to get it working.
Stuff I've done:
Was directed to the "Legacy Installer" which I unzipped and installed. (PluralEyes appears in my Apps & Features). I made sure the DLL files were where they needed to be. (Created the Application Extensions folder as mentioned in previous threads), and restarted Vegas 21. I see PluralEyes under Tools-->Extensions, and when I click it, I get the Maxon App popup. The first entry says "Red Giant PluralEyes 2023.0.0" There's a thing that says "No License Available" and an install button that seems to let you install every single version of PluralEyes *after* 4.0. (But since I installed the legacy installer, are these even necessary?"
If I click the "licenses" tab in that Maxon app, I see under "Perpetual Licenses" PluralEyes (4) and my computer name. Offline Expires in 7 days. And a button that says "Release"
So now what?
There doesn't seem to be any way to proceed.
Thanks,
JR
