Activation not working

Purchased Vegas Movie Studio 17 bundled with DVD Architect and advertised as such. Keep getting Error - 14 problem with serial number. There was no serial sent in email for DVD Architect. Not happy, made software change specifically for it.

I purchased directly from website. I have read the thread and have a ticket in. And no serial in email works and none specifically for DVD Architect.
