Activation of Sapphire Lighting Units and HitFilm Ignite Pro for VP 16

I have upgraded from VP 15 to VP 16 Suite, but I still have difficulty to activate
both Sapphire Lighting Unit and HitFilm Ignite Pro. The former says “You have
reached the maximum number of activations permitted with this key. You can
purchase an additional license, or uninstall from another machine and then try
again.” The latter says “The serial is already registered to another user.
Please enter the login details for that user, or use a different serial.”

I have only one desktop computer and this is
the only computer I am working with. I deleted all those plug-ins from my computer and tried again to install and activate them, but it was of no use.

If anyone let me know how I can activate those plug-ins, it will be highly
appreciated.

As far as the sapphire lighting plugins are concerned you can contact their technical support team and they'll be happy to reset your activation's to zero upon supplying them with proof of a serial. Same thing happened to me and they fixed it right away.

BorrisFX Will give support for those plugins thought what i understand Qualify for support not the Free upgrade.
