Activation register frustration

Now going on day 3 since requesting a activation code from sony for my vegas 12pro, I had to do a reinstall due to a plugin issue.
I keep getting a browser -41 error during the register phase..tried all the work arounds on the sony website and still kept getting the error code, so I sent in a help ticket as instructed for the new activation, 3 days and still waiting for a reply...

That's the first thing I checked, still nothing..I will send another request tomorrow...

For activation issues, your best bet is picking up a phone and calling customer service.
