Add DVDA 3.0 to VMS+DVD?

After reading through many of the posts on this forum concerning DVD player compatibility, I am wondering if it would be better to purchase DVDA 3.0 to burn the DVD's?

If you upgrade to 6.0 then you will get it as part of the package. We're talking small $s here; don't hesitate, just upgrade.

I completely agree with Paul, but it's unlikely that the compatibility problems have been caused by the app - most problems seem to be caused by the media.

Sorry....I should have stated that I currently have VMS+DVD 4.0. I am using good media. What I am wondering is if there would be any advantage to purchasing the full blown DVDA 3.0 to solve my DVD compatibility problems?
