Adding animation layer problem

I am working on a project in which I have animated graphics that my partner exported for be from After Effects as transparent *.mov file. Its simple text graphics, all white with some fades. I cannot find a way how to successfully import this in my Vegas project. I tried to do in in Premiere and it works without problem:

When I add the track in Vegas as "Add" instead of "Alpha Channel" I get this weird blue shadows and quality loss:

I also tried to add it as alpha channel and change clip properties to "Straight (Unmattered)" but then the fade effects are wrong:

Is somebody have experience with this issue and know the solution I will be much obliged, thanks.

Those are compositing modes, you don't want to mess with that. Instead, right click on the clip and go into properties. In there you will find a field (might have to flip through a tab or two to get to it) that lets you specify alpha channel. Set it to one of those (I usually use straight).

Thanks, I was changing this option to Straight (unmattered) even before but I had ugly shadows but I tried again now all the options and it works fine after selecting "Premultiplied" Alpha Channel.
