Adding effect to multiple photos at once

I would like to be able to either
1) Add the same effect to multiple stills grouped together
2) Add the same pan/crop settings to multiple stills grouped together

Without editing each still individually

Anyone know of a way to do this?

copy -paste attributes

select just like you would for windows
