Adding logo - disappearing in lower 2/3rds

I'm trying to add a .png to a video and it disappears like the lower 3rd and upper third are masked. Can any help me out?

Are you using Pan/Crop to position?

Each logo seems to have a different crop/letterboxing area.

make sure to tick "match output aspect" when you right-click on the picture in the pan/crop window

Over the years I’ve learnt to prepare such graphics in a graphic editor, for the job in-hand. Here I would position the logo in, for HD, a 1920x1080 Plate, saving in PNG. for me it’s got to be a really good reason to dedicate a whole Track for a Track Motion Control.
