Event Pan & Crop is one way. Zoom in to the end of your video clip and you'll see a little white box, put your mouse over it and it will say Pan & Crop. Click it and from there you can use keyframes to tell the picture what to do. When you get a cool movement going on, you can save it and use it on some or all of the other pictures. Hope this helps.
