Adding tracks to dual track

Is there a way to make it so that tracks can automatically be added to the dual track line automatically and then follow the pattern

Track (01) - upper level
Track (02) - lower level
Track (03) - upper level
Track (04) - lowerl level

etc.,

No. bUt CTRL/Select all the ones for the top timeline and drag, then the same to the lower.

Right -- I currently use that method. But sometimes I have many files (like 40-60), so some automation in the record would be nice.
