Adobe Premiere Project Conversion

Is there a way to take a Premiere project file and convert it to a Vegas project file? Or is there a third party project file type that is recognized by both?

Beyond that Vegas 6 will supposedly interchange AAF as does Premiere Pro 1.5. As to how good or bad I dunno.
