I found VMS 9 Pro Pack for $59.99 ($10 off labor day sale and $30 rebate until 9/8) on very well known computer parts website. Please advice if I should buy now or wait until 10 comes out. How much does the upgrade typically costs?

I think I paid $99 (I think the going rate was 129)for vms9 Platimun by buying it through an academic website. I just had to give info as if my high schooler was buying it. So you may want to check some of the academic sites for cheaper costs.
