After rendering sound/image not synchron

Hi!
I tumble from one problem to the next: After converting a DV (with synchron image/sound) to DivX with mp3 as soundsetting the sound is no more synchron at the end (video about 50 minutes long). Has someone a idea, how i can prevent this?

First-why would you want to convert to DivX. I never use that program-it does really sucks. Put video clip in timeline and align sound clip with. Then render it.That is very simple. Why would you want to complicate your life, by converting. What DviX do what Vegas can not do it?.

In the timeline is the DV-avi with synchron sound. I choose "Render as" and define DivX as codec for video and mp3 for sound. The resulting DivX-Video is insynchrone.
