What exact format are you rendering (i.e. codec, bit rate, not just resolution and frame rate)?

What kind of device and what program are you playing the rendered file in?

I use Sony Vegas Pro 13 and I always render it in '' Sony AVC/MVC ( MP4, AVC ) '' i use MP4. internet 720P 30fps or 60fps, but i kinda fix it i think , cuze the render takes now more time then before, only there now a black screen for a few seconds. what are these problem? first not moving now black screen...what does both mean ?

It partly depends what kind of device and what program you are playing the rendered file in, as asked above.

i edited the respond, but i'm on a Windows 8.1. The program that I use for editing and rendering is Sony Vegas pro 13.

But what program are you playing it back in after you have rendered it?

Are you also seeing these problems when you play the timeline in Vegas Pro before you render the file, or does it play correctly?

If the project plays OK on the Vegas Pro timeline, but then the finished, rendered file does not play OK then you could try uploading the finished video here for others to try playing on their computer. To do that, use the up-arrow icon in blue circle when you post a comment. Or you could upload it somewhere else (e.g. your "Public" folder in Dropbox) and post a link to it.

In the Sony AVC/MVC settings try setting your Profile to "Main" and reducing your Bit rate (bps) to 11,000,000.

If you still have a problem then try rendering with the MainConcept AVC/AAC encoder instead of the Sony encoder. There's no 60fps available in that encoder but its quality is at least on a par with the Sony encoder.
