again AVCHD

I have movies from my camera (SONYHDR-SR12E) 1080i MTS source format. I jus upgraded to 9.0e release. I can edit without problem. When it came to render if I select Sony AVC default template (AVCHD 1920x1080 Dolby 5.1) the results are a file with good quality but it start to scatter after 30-40 seconds. I do a tsMuxer m2ts muxing of the file and I get the following message:

SmartLabs tsMuxeR. Version 1.10.6 http://www.smlabs.net
Decoding H264 stream (track 1): Profile: High@4.0 Resolution: 1920:1080i Frame rate: 25
H.264 stream does not contain fps field. Muxing fps=25
Decoding AC3 stream (track 2): Bitrate: 448Kbps Sample Rate: 48KHz Channels: 6
Processed 3380 video frames
Mux successful complete.
Muxing time: 7 sec

The resulting file has the same quality and run without problem.

Can someone explain me if I'm missing some settings? Or is still the same unsolved bug of the previews version of Sony Vegas software?

I have no issues with my sr12... but then I'm in NTSC land and it may simply be a pal thing.

One thing to try... render out a SEPARATE .AVC video file and a .AC3 audio file (with the PRO encoder and mux those together with either DVDa or TSmuxeR and see what happens. (The default avc template uses the STUDIO encoder which has been known to cause problems.... especially with Blu Ray).

Yes, this is an old bug from vegas and I'm waiting for a patch too. I told SCS in november.
There are two solutions for me: rendering to mpeg2 (double size of file output) or rendering to mp4 (approx. same size and quality of avchd-files).

Using TSMuxer is a workaround but not a perfect solution because at a particular position in movie there is a short stutter then it plays normally.

But now I have another new effect. If I play avchd-files (after tsmuxer) or mp4 files with playstation 3 (firmware 3.3) the files plays normally but the picture shatters if the movie isn't in still position. I think this is a ps3problem, in earlier firmware versions this problem doesn't exist for me. Has anyone this effect too ?

I'm still running 3.15 on my PS3, for now. do you want me to test something on it?
