AI Speech to Text features in Vegas Pro 23.0

Hi all.

I have subscribe to lifetime Vegas Pro 23 and already did the installation and everything. I do editing all went smooth, but when I try to go to Tools > AI Speech to Text, it says a pop-out error saying "This feature requires a VEGAS 365 license. Please visit
www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/vegas-pro for more details on VEGAS 365 subscription options."

Tried to log out, login again, restart the program, restart the computer, still persist. I mean it's part of the subscription and I bought Vegas Pro because of that. When I was on trial version, it works fine.

Vegas 365 is different from the perpetual license.

That said, I also have a perpetual license for VP-23 and just used the Text to Speech tool on a recent project just fine after signing in with my Magix Account.

Do you know if you bought the perpetual lifetime license for VP23 or Vegas 365? If the problem persists I would suggest contacting Magix support for a solution

Hello @Hafiz-Akbal Please make sure that you are using the exact same email adress with which you have bought and registered your product. Also make sure that you have switched to your new VEGAS 365 P3 serial number. You can also check the 'My Profile' section inside the 'VEGAS Hub' window to make sure that the Hub services detect your 365 license properly.
