I've been using the AI speech to text tool for quite some time now. Currently using V23 Pro Suite. Today I went to use it and am now being told that I need a 365 subscription in order to use the tool. WTH??

This happens here too! I have the Perpetual license of VP22, on the site mention wich the perpetual license from the version 21 and newer have acess to this feature without 365 subscription.

I recently bought credits to create more subtitles, I bought them to use all year and now this, it doesn't make sense.

About the AI Speech to Text, it's strange because it's always been available, I've used it since August of last year, and about a month ago I bought another 700 minutes of credits to use. And now even Vegas Hub isn't working, and I still have stock footage, text-to-text, and other credits there. How am I supposed to use them? Do you understand? I haven't found anyone officially commenting on this change or this mistake that happened.

Wasn't there an Amazon outage recently? I think that may have affected Hub too. Is it still not working?

Update: Today it come back to work, the Vegas Hub Window still delaying to show the options, it seems unstable.

I've opened the Hub in VP20 and VP23 without issues.

So i bought the VP23 Suite, does that mean i have to buy VP 365 separately for the speech to text or can i just buy the license on its own in the Hub services for $15 with my account and use it on the VP23 i already own?

VP23 suite comes with some minutes and you should be able to buy more in Hub as needed.
