I would like to know how to use the free downloadable content.

How to incorporate it into a project.

I would like some tutorials or examples to learn how to do this.

Which content in particular, Doc? Sony offers are variety of material for their products.

Have you created any ptojects in Vegas yet? If so the free content is used in exactly the same way: drag the clips onto the timeline. They're just media files like anything else you would use.
