"Allow Ctrl+drag cursor style..."

In my Movie Studio system version 14.0 build 148, the "Allow Ctrl+drag cursor style..." doesn't work but it used to work before. I have already checked for all possible wrong setups but had no luck in correcting this very important tool. Please give me some hint on that... Thanks.

What are you trying to do with Ctrl+drag?

You could try a "factory reset". It often solves strange problems. Instructions in the link. Make sure you tick the box to clear the cache
