Am I missing something?

I just went to the SCS website, my account to download DVDA but the usual page with all my registered software disappeared, all that is showing are the subscription options for the Catalyst Prepare which I purchased.
Also the link to the Live Chat doesn't work anymore.
Is anybody else seeing or not seeing this?

Proud owner of Sony Vegas Pro 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 and now Magix VP15&16.

Mine is working okay. I don't have Catalyst, but all serials and downloads show up correctly.

I had the exact same problem about two months ago, but thanks to john_dennis who provided a direct link to the support live chat that works. Here is the link:

The support had to restore my account again, and everything is fine since then.

I told the live chat representative that I was not even able to access the support and live chat support until someone gave me this link. She told me, next time if I can not reach support, send email to: support@sonycreativesoftware.com

Try that email also.

No, it is not maintenance dear .. I had that problem for over a week, and was not solved until support reset my account .. most often it is a account corruption problem!

Just in case, I made a snapshot with all my SCS serial numbers and saved on my PC. On the other hand, if those products disappear completely, those serials would be useless in case of reinstallation :(

I've also wondered why SONY, who sold me the software online to begin with complete with reg code, doesn't do a proper job of tracking those sales? I'd lost some stuff listed also a couple years back, luckily, I keep my emails for those purchases... and the site has a big button to re-enter them... that was my FIRST giveaway... they LOSE registered codes "sometimes"?? noice

We must be missing the same thing. I purchased a Telephone Service Plan for Tech support but when I call, I get a message that they are closed and that I need to use e-mail contact. Live chat did not work either. It doesn't make me feel very good about Sony or about the new owner of the software

I've been using Sony Vegas Movie Studio 13 for almost a year without much trouble until last week. When it stopped working last week I sent repeated requests for help to their tech support desk with NO response in almost a week. How do they expect to stay in business with such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I can tell you this, they are getting worse and worse as the time goes by as
how they deal with business and how they deal with their customers.
Words cant express how poor their customer service has become and the
blatant disregard they now consistently have for their own products, customers
and their business etiquette.

Am actually glad Vegas is not under their roof anymore, not 100% certain what the
future holds, but i am glad!

Uhh, I guess you didn't get the memo, as they do not "expect to stay in business". They sold the business. They already said they're understaffed during the transition and so support requests will be responded to slower.
