amd r9 290 vs amd fx 580

hi i am palning to buy amd rx 580 8gb gpu

but i have amd r9 290 4 gb and i am happy with this .

my question is is it worth to buy 580 gpu for vegas pro 15

my rig is intel i7 4770- 32Gb Ram

c drive on ssd samsung 750 evo

only issue i face some time amd vce encoding crash after 2 second start i again shut down pc and its started.

will this issue be solved with new gpu of 580

VCE encoding crash will probably be the same. I'd guess it's a combination of Vegas and AMD's driver. Over time, I'm sure it will get better. It's possible the AMD Frontier edition cards with its workstation drivers are more stable, but I have not read that anywhere.

RX580 will also allow you to render using HEVC and 4K resolutions, but my guess is that I don't think you'd see any performance gains.

I have not had any issues using VP16 and my RX580 when using the Magix VCE render at 1080. Make sure your graphics card driver is up to date. I would also make sure the motherboard bios was up to date.
